This template is designed to keep you focused only on what matters, hold you accountable to your habit and nutrition commitments and ensure no task falls through the cracks!

In the planning area of the template you'll have space to brainstorm your intentions and most important tasks. Guided area prompts have been included to ensure you're covering the key areas in your life.

Also included is a journal that makes tracking & sticking to your habits a priority. If our commitments are tucked away in a book or cupboard there's no reminder or visible trigger to keep us on track. Your habits + meals here however, will be visible at all times reminding you to take action and showing you when you haven't been keeping those promises to yourself.

Within the body of the journal are both morning + evening reflection prompts as well as a snapshot of today's actions. There is also the option to track your mood, wins, challenges, lessons for the day and happiness levels!

In your weekly actions segment of this template, at the click of a button you can see what you have on your plate either today, tomorrow, this week or even by priority. You can also view outstanding tasks that have fallen behind and anything you are waiting on from someone else that may be holding up a project or next action.

All your weekly tasks are also shown in a calendar view making it easy to see your time visually - this will ultimately help with being more realistic in how much you'll get done in a day.

And finally, at the bottom of the template there is a review of your week showing you everything you have achieved during the past 7 days. Most of the time we can't remember what we've done and assume it's not all that much - however, implementing a tracker will surprise you with just how much you did in fact get done!

During your weekly review you'll also recap on how well you stuck to your habits (you'll even be able to see your success rate as a percentage for each individual habit!) you'll view all your wins and challenges for the week, everything you were grateful for and most importantly, your happiness level.
